    Description

    Hello,
    On sale is a 2021 20 Euros
The Year of the Ox High Relief 1oz Silver Coin from France, certified by PCGS and graded at the highest note of PR70DCAM.
Mintage is limited to 3,000, diameter 37 mm. It's been struck in the art workshop of the French Mint (Monnaie de Paris) at the heart of the city.
In Chinese astrology, the sign of the ox is characterised by endurance, seriousness and reliability. It is a being who is capable of reaching his goals without changing course or determination.
Surrounded by a circle with traditional Chinese motifs, an Ox appears in the center of the obverse. Only the front part of the animal is revealed as if it were coming out of a door, gently pointing the tip of its muzzle outward. The ideogram of the Ox appears on the right side of the animal. The year and the inscription "Year of the Ox" appear at the bottom, in the outer circle.
On the reverse, the Chinese zodiacal animals are arranged on a screen surrounding a traditional temple door. The figures in this calendar are arranged in a zodiacal cycle from 2018 to 2029. Each of these twelve years features a different animal.
It's also the first time that
    Joaquin Jimenez,
    Graveur général des monnaies
(title reactivated in July 2020 after 20 years suspension), put his new
    différent
(mink mark) on a particular coin.
