  • Condition: Very good to excellent antique condition - has a few small paint scratches and one slight dent - hard to see, but it is there and noted here for the record. It is mostly in pretty amazing condition - the colors are bright and true, the gold hinge shows almost no sign of wear - and the silver tin interior is excellent. This tin has been in dry storage, away from sunlight and handling, these many years. It's really nice! See photos for the best description.

    Description

    This is an antique, 1920's - 1930's beautiful 3" x 3" x 6" tall MONARCH COCOA Tin Litho "Lion" Can Graphics, by Reid, Murcdoch & Co., Chicigo, ILL. It has long been in storage, believed to have been purchased sometime between 1920 and 1930.  This antique tin is in really nice overall condition - it's still shiny and bright--the paint colors are vibrant and true.  The tin is very sturdy, has a bright and shiny hinged lid that works perfectly and a shiny, clean, rust free interior--that appears close to perfect.  Overall, the tin has some very light signs of age - it's a lovely tin that was beautifully designed to last!  See photos for the best description, most any antique tin, lions, lithographs or cocoa will likely be pleased with this little beauty.  Thanks for viewing and for your bid, best regards.
