I recently obtained a very large volume of exceptional vintage jewelry.   Designer signed, collectible and magnificent pieces from two private estate sales.  The jewelry is in exceptional condition.  High End, Designer, Juliana, D&E, Signed and fabulous unsigned pieces and sets.     The jewelry is Mid-Century through retro.

This stunning signed ART  (Arthur Pepper) stacked flower brooch and earrings is truly a show stopper. Gorgeous fronds of detailed petals that are stacked on top of each other.  3 tiered design with the bottom featuring the petals in reverse.  The second layer has the same detailed petals with the top layer of silver tone rhinestone pave set icing that drapes over the gold petals.   Center luminous faux pearl.   This was top of the line for Arthur Pepper jewelry.    The earrings are identical and are also in beautiful condition.   The clips work well.
Measurements:  Approximately 2" wide and 1 inch in height.  The earrings are 1" in width
