    Early 1900s / antique custard glass toothpick holder from Avon, South Dakota - height is 2 1/4 inches; black lettering under the color view read: HIGH SCHOOL, AVON, S.D. with a sharp color view of the high school building;  gold leaf on the rim is near excellent;  excellent condition - no chips, cracks, etc.
