    RARE ANTIQUE VAN HOUTEN'S PURE SOLUBLE COCOA SMALL SAMPLE TIN CIRCULAR TIN WITH LABEL
    This is a rare small sample tin that dates to around the turn of the century and advertises for Van Houten's brand Cocoa. This circular tin has an embossed lid and a wrap-around label. The front advertises for Van Houten's Pure Soluble Cocoa and the directions for use are on the sides. Product was made by a cocoa factory of C.J. Houten & Zoon of Weesp - Holland. Label is nice and full but a little faded. Tin is in good condition overall for its' age with just natural wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures just over 1 and 3/4" tall by 1 and 1/8" in diameter. Wonderful and rare antique sample Van Houten's Cocoa tin would be a nice find for your collection. Don't miss it.
