because 2 train people can't agree on what c-8, c-7, all cars listed are either in NEW or USED condition.
new = never run, still sealed in package.  (Note: New does not indicate that these cars have no blemishes or factory errors, just that they are the same as if you ordered them directly from the manufacture = manufactures make mistakes)
used = run, possible broken brake wheels or side steps. They have been run.. how much run time? who knows and how would you tell, do you keep track????
