VINTAGE 64 TENNESSEE JAMBOREE LOBBY CARD COUNTRY MUSIC WEBB PIERCE MARTY ROBBINS

Offered here together are 2 different original lobby cards, made for the FIRST (1964) release of the movie, "TENNESSEE JAMBOREE." I couldn't find out too much about this, mostly forgotten film, which seems to have been a mix of Country & Western / Rockabilly music and comedy. From the looks of the lobby cards, I would guess it was something like the "HEE HAW" television series. The lobby cards read: "TENNESSEE JAMBOREE...'SOUNDS OF NASHVILLE' with Singing! Dancing! Music! Comedy! Family Fun!...Starring: WEBB PIERCE - MARTY ROBBINS - JIMMY DICKENS...also starring: CHET ATKINS - JIMMY & JOHNNY - BENNY MARTIN - RITA FAYE and the WORLD FAMOUS CAROLINA CLOGGERS...Copyright 1964 Colorama Road Shows." Also appearing in the film, but not listed on the lobby cards, were June Carter, Minnie Pearl and Jim Reeves. The National Screen Service Number in the bottom / right corner is: "64 / 326." Each card measures 11 by 14 inches. Both are in EXCELLENT condition, with NO writing, tears or pin holes. The colors are bright and both cards display very nicely. These lobby cards are guaranteed to be old & original - made over 50 years ago, for use in promoting the film's first release - or your money back.
