Perfect for summer is this signed Art (Arthur Pepper) on all pieces, pastel set. Consists of pastel rhinestones, yellow, pink, blue thermoset flowers, faux pearls, and green enameled leaves. Please enlarge pictures to see detail. The necklace chain measures 15 ½” long; due to the large bail on the pendant, another necklace could be changed. I do not think the chain is original to the necklace, it is what came with this set. The pendant measures 3-1/8” long; larger bottom pendant is 2” diameter. The bracelet is 7 ¼” long with clasp closed and 1” wide. The clip earrings are heart shaped; 1” wide. Very eye catching combination of colors and shapes.
